Alan Morrison Discusses “Waiving Your Right to Sue” on Diane Rehm Show

Alan Morrison, Lerner Family Associate Dean for Public Interest and Public Service Law, appeared on the Diane Rehm Show with several other experts  this morning to discuss “Waiving Your Right to Sue.” As the program webpage states, a growing number of companies are including forced arbitration clauses in their contracts. The panel addressed, among other issues, what consumers and job seekers give up when they unknowingly waive their right to sue. Alan’s contributions to this dialogue are informed by a career that includes more than 25 years directing Public Citizen Litigation Group, which he co-founded with Ralph Nader in 1972.

The audio of the program can be found here.
